Lots and lots of color! The decision on what to wear is ultimately up to you; however, please do not wear white/off-white. We encourage you to wear something bright and/or colorful to imitate the variety of florals at our venue. Think summer!
Is this event adults only?
Yes! Unless otherwise stated on your invitation and/or you have been told specifically by either Joey or Maggie - our wedding is an adults-only wedding.
Can I bring a plus one?
If you are allowed to bring a plus one, that will be listed on your invitation.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4.
Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?
Both! The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be a mixture of both. That being said, it's July! Be prepared for some potential heat!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please refer to your invitation or our wedding website as we anticipate needing a final count by June 1st. The sooner you can let us know that you will be joining us for our celebration, the better.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please let us know so we can instruct our caterers to provide an alternative for you.
How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Each guest is responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. There is parking on site for those that decide to drive; however, if you plan on drinking, your car cannot stay overnight at the venue. If this is your plan, we suggest uber or lyft.
Can I take pictures with my phone during the ceremony?
As long as it does not take away from the ceremonial experience and does not distract the photographer, that is fine. Ringers and flash off.
Are you accepting gifts/registry?
We ask that for anyone who had intentions of gifting please consider donating cash instead. We do have a tab with a few items that you can register for if you prefer a physical gift.
How do we go about booking hotel rooms?
There are many lovely accommodations to choose from. We have listed several that are convenient to our wedding and reception destination located in the travel tab. Summer is a very busy time of year for Hershey, PA, so we would recommend that you make your arrangements as soon as possible. Please let us know if you would like any additional information or assistance in this process. There are likely many lovely AirBNB and VRBO places to choose from in addition to charming Bed and Breakfasts.
